Artisan story - humans of the world totes

These fabulous hand-embroidered totes are made by 35 women artisans from Madhya Pradesh, India. These women hail from small villages called - 

Borda and Mahabadia. 

A livelihood generation initiative led these 35 women to be trained and empowered to become financially independent. This group also towards educating young children. When you buy humans of the world tote - you not only get a fabulous tote but you will be supporting the dream of 35 women artisans.
