Yes, you can make the changes in your order unless it is not shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or make any changes in the order.
Each product is made entirely by hand by our skilled artisan partners in small batches. Sometimes it can take upto 4-5 weeks for the entire process. If the products are on stock we will process the order in 4-5 days. On the product page of each product we will indicate if the product is on stock.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. DHL Express, DPD, PostNL.
When a product is out of stock, you can see a Restock Notification button that says ‘Notify Me’ on the product page. By entering your email address, you can sign up to receive a restock notification from us as soon as the item is available again.

We offer digital gift cards for Eur25, 50, 100, 200. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are only valid when purchased directly from Fifth Origins. We are not responsible for gift cards that are purchased from unauthorized sources.
If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email, your package can be tracked. Remember, for international orders sent via PostNl, it might take up to two – four weeks for the package to get to your home.
